Subscription & Billing¶
Devices¶
Bristol Maps is available for purchase on Apple iPhone/iPad and Google Android phones and tablets. By default it is set up to auto-renew one year from the purchase date. A two week free trial is included to test out the features of the app. At the end of the two weeks you will be billed by the respective App Store.
Android Free Trial
Android currently requires the use of the promo code TWOWEEKS to enable the free trial.
M-Series MacBooks
If you are using an Apple MacBook equipped with an M-series processor, you can run the iOS app. An external GPS antenna is required for location data.
Manage Subscriptions¶
Sign Up¶
By default the app requires a valid subscription. If a valid subscription is not found then the app will prompt you to sign up. Each device type will require you to purchase from its associated app store.

Cancel Subscription¶
To cancel your subscription, follow the Apple subscription management guide.
To cancel your subscription, follow the Google Play subscription management guide.
Warning
Cancelling your subscription will disable access to maps and features at the end of your current billing period. Your data (logs, waypoints, etc.) will be preserved and available if you resubscribe.
