Fleet Information Guide¶
Overview¶
The fleet information system allows you to manage and view details about fishing vessels and their associated contacts. This guide covers the key features and functionality of the fleet management interface.
Features¶
Search & Filtering¶
- Real-time search capabilities for:
- Boat Name
- District
- Search is case-insensitive and filters results instantly
- Clear search form to reset view
Fleet List View¶
The main fleet list displays key information in a sortable table format: - Boat Name (linked to detailed profile) - Captain/Owner Name - District - Phone Number - Email Address
Sorting¶
All columns are sortable: 1. Click column header to sort 2. Column headers display sort direction (↑↓) 3. Sort options: - Boat Name (alphabetical) - Name (alphabetical) - District (alphabetical) - Phone (numerical) - Email (alphabetical)
Pagination¶
- Adjustable items per page:
- 25 entries (default)
- 50 entries
- 100 entries
- 500 entries
- Navigation controls:
- Previous/Next buttons
- Current page indicator
- Total pages display
Data Management¶
- Upload User Info link for bulk data updates
- Click boat name to access detailed member profile
- N/A and None displayed for empty fields
