Fleet & Tools¶
The Tools tab holds your account, your fleet groups, your processor's tenders and freight, ADF&G announcements, and the app's extra tools. This page maps what you see on that tab to the rest of the guide.
The Tools tab¶
Open the Tools tab from the bottom tab bar. The page header reads Account and Tooling. Next to the header there is a gear button that opens Settings, and an About button.
The sections below appear down the page in this order.

You need an account
The processor, assistant, and group sections only appear once you are signed in. See Account Setup.
Inside a group card¶
Tap a group in the Groups list to expand it. Each card has:
| Control | Description |
|---|---|
| Display on Map | Show or hide that group's member positions on the chart |
| Show Label | Show or hide the vessel name next to each member's icon |
| Notifications | Push notifications for that group |
| Start Sharing Location / Stop Sharing Location | Broadcast your own position to that group |
| Edit | Open the group settings page (owners can change membership and sharing settings) |
| Chat | Open the group chat window. The button reads Chat ! when there are unread messages |
| Waypoint Share | Send a waypoint to the group |
| Route Share | Send a route to the group |
Fleet tools that live elsewhere¶
Not every fleet feature is on the Tools tab:
- Voice / push-to-talk runs from the map page. See Voice / Push-to-Talk.
- How fleet boats are drawn on your chart is under Settings. See Fleet & Vessel Icons.
- Position sharing interval is a navigation setting. See Location Sharing.
