Fish Tickets

Your fish tickets as your processor recorded them -- permit, gear, stat area, tallies, and the PDF. This is a read-only view of the processor's record, not something you fill in yourself.

Getting Access

Fish ticket access is switched on by your fleet management team through the Bristol Fleet web app. Until it is enabled, the Deliveries tab does not appear on the Tools page.

The in-app note reads:

Fish ticket access is enabled by your fleet management team via the Bristol Fleet web app. Contact them if you need access enabled or disabled.

You will get a notification when a new fish ticket is created for you.

Finding a Ticket

Tools > Deliveries

The tab opens on a summary and a list of Recent Deliveries. Tap any delivery to open its full ticket. See Sales & Deliveries for the summary numbers.

What Is on a Ticket

The ticket number, a status badge, and the landing ID if one was recorded.

Status Meaning
Created The ticket exists but has not been offloaded
Offloaded Fish offloaded
Submitted Submitted by the processor
Final Finalised
Paid Settled

Delivery Information

Stat Area The ADF&G statistical area code
Gear Type The gear recorded on the ticket

Delivery Summary

Total Pounds for the ticket.

Tallies

One row per tally line, showing the tally name, pounds, and fish count where those were recorded. The section header shows how many lines there are -- Tally for one, Tallies (n) for several -- so you can see how many pulls were listed.

Timing

Shown only when the processor recorded times.

Field Description
Fishing Start Start of fishing
Fishing End End of fishing
Delivered Time of delivery

Times are converted to your device's local time.

Notes

Any notes the processor put on the ticket.

Linked Log Entry

If the ticket is linked to one of your log entries, the entry's name shows here and you can tap through to it.

The PDF

If a fish ticket PDF exists, a button appears at the bottom of the page:

  • 📄 View Fish Ticket PDF -- the PDF is already on your device, opens straight away.
  • 📄 Download & View Fish Ticket PDF -- the PDF is on the server. Tapping downloads it first, showing Downloading PDF... while it works, then opens it.

Once downloaded, the PDF stays on the device and opens without a connection.

Grab the PDFs while you have signal

Download the ticket PDFs while you are in range. They are the copy you will want at settlement, and they are no use to you sitting on a server when you are out of coverage.

Prices and Settlement

Prices are usually not final at delivery. What you see on a ticket is the processor's record at the time it was written -- treat it as the delivery record, and expect settlement numbers to firm up later.

Analytics

View Full Fish Ticket Analytics on the Deliveries tab opens the analytics page, where you can switch to the Deliveries tab for charts and running tallies across the season, with filters for species, district, gear type, and date range.
