Pick Lists¶
Web portal -- not the Bristol Maps app
This page documents the processor web portal you open in a browser. Fishermen using the app want Freight in the App.
A pick list groups packages together so they can be pulled and processed as one job.
Viewing pick lists¶
Active pick lists appear at the top of the freight page. Each one shows:
- The pick list ID and who created it
- Creation date and time
- Current status -- Active, Completed, or Canceled
- Statistics: total items, picked items, pending items, and percentage complete
Choose View All to see the complete pick list history.
Creating a pick list¶
- Use the checkboxes in the package table to select the packages you want. Select All selects every package currently visible, which respects any search or filter you have applied.
- Check the selected count shown at the top of the table.
- Choose Create New Pick List. The button stays disabled until at least one package is selected.
Filter first, then select all
Filtering the table before using Select All is usually faster than ticking packages one at a time -- filter to a destination or vessel, confirm the count, then select all.
Working a pick list¶
As packages are scanned or updated, the pick list statistics update to show progress. A pick list is complete when every item on it has been picked.
