Sales & Deliveries¶
Your season's deliveries as your processor recorded them -- how many, how many pounds, and how often. This is their record coming back to you, not something you enter.
Where to Find It¶
Tools > Deliveries
The tab only appears once your fleet management team has enabled fish ticket access for your account. If you cannot see it, contact them.
The Summary¶
Four figures across the top of the tab:
| Figure | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Deliveries | How many deliveries are on record for you |
| Total Pounds | Total pounds across those deliveries |
| Avg Delivery | Average pounds per delivery |
| Frequency | How often you are delivering |
These come from the processor's tickets, so they will only be as current as what has been entered on their end.
Recent Deliveries¶
Below the summary is a list of your most recent deliveries. Each row shows the delivery date and day, the pounds, and the tender name.
Tap any row to open the full ticket -- permit, gear type, stat area, port of landing, tallies, and the PDF. See Fish Tickets.
Check the tender name on each row
If a delivery is credited to the wrong tender, that is worth catching early rather than at settlement. The tender name on the row is the fastest way to spot it.
Full Analytics¶
View Full Fish Ticket Analytics opens the analytics page. Switch to the Deliveries tab there for charts and running tallies, with filters for:
- Species
- District
- Gear type
- Date range (with a Reset All Filters button)
The same page carries a Log Analytics tab built from your own log entries -- logs analysed, logs with deliveries, logs with sets, success rate, total fish, total pounds, hours fished, and catch per unit effort in fish per hour and pounds per hour. Comparing your own numbers against the processor's is the point of having both.
Notifications¶
You get a notification when a new fish ticket is created for you, so the tab is usually current without you going looking.
Not the Same as "Sales"¶
The Tools page also has a tab called Sales. That one is about money going the other way -- fuel and groceries your processor or tender charged to you. See Purchases (Fuel & Groceries).
